Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have additional training in EMDR (for trauma related needs) and EFT for couples therapy. I have worked in the role of supporting others for many years and have been in the counseling field since 2021. I work with adolescents, adults as individuals, couples, in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship needs, grief, divorce, and spirituality. My clients are offered a judgement free environment and they are met and accepted right where they are at in life and given "help for today," so they can have more "hope for tomorrow." I look forward to meeting with you, offering you care and compassion for your current season of life, and encouraging you at your own pace toward a renewed sense of hope and possibility.
