Hello and welcome! I’m Callie. Seeking therapy is an extremely courageous decision and I am so glad you are here. Just by reading this, you are already taking your first steps in your healing process. Let's talk about where you are now. You may have recently experienced a life change that is causing you to re-examine the present sense of who you are. You may be finding yourself engaging in unhealthy patterns and struggling to pull yourself out of them. Your relationships may be under pressure. On top of everything else, you may have previously experienced a loss or trauma that you were never able to fully process- and now you may be noticing those sidelined emotions bubbling to the surface. You may be feeling stuck, burned out, overwhelmed, and exhausted as you carry the weight of one, or all of these experiences. I use a gentle, strength-based approach to cultivate a therapeutic experience that is flexible, collaborative, and grounded in what is important to you. Together, we will work to better understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, as well as address any patterns that you feel may be inhibiting your ability to reach your goals. I strive to provide a compassionate environment that incorporates empathy, understanding, and validation as we explore how any of these patterns came to be, and support you in making any changes you feel are necessary to live your most fulfilling life possible.
