Introduction

Life can feel heavy, overstimulating, and messy at times. The human experience is full of challenges that can be uncomfortable and daunting. Often our past and present can impact us in ways that can be difficult to understand. Within our work together, we hope for growth within yourself, relationships, work, life experiences, and overall well-being. As a client, you can expect to be treated with respect, compassion, and professionalism. Our therapeutic relationship is a top priority, alongside your goals and journey. To help you achieve your self-identified treatment goals, you will be asked to dedicate time and energy outside of sessions to your healing. This may look like practicing concepts learned during session and engaging in specific self-care goals. Through holistic evidenced-based practices, we will work together to help accomplish your goals through processing, expression, self-care, and building healthy boundaries. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, suicidal ideation, pre- and post-natal, and overall general wellness coaching. I utilize the theories of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Relational-cultural Therapy (RCT), Person-Centered, and classical training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am also interested in the impact of nutrition, lifestyle, and environment in promoting holistic well-being and overall health. I'd love to hear from you and explore how I can help support you on your journey. Know that you are not alone. I encourage you to reach out for a 15-minute consultation for us to talk further and answer any questions you may have.
