Introduction

Hello there! I work with queer and neurodivergent millennials who are also highly sensitive, homebodies, introverts, healers, artists, travelers and mystics, and help them heal in ways that honor their need for softness. Living in a society that views sensitivity as a weakness my clients often hold deep shame. This can lead to paralyzing self-doubt, people-pleasing tendencies, and high rates of burnout. I believe the world needs more empowered sensitivity, now more than ever. I am here to help you embrace the gifts of your unique nervous system and live a life you’re not overwhelmed by. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri I offer online sessions that provide a unique opportunity to do deep and meaningful work, in a gentle and supportive way, by attending from wherever feels like home. My approach is eclectic, unconventional, cozy, holistic, and always affirming. I value experiential interventions and my work with clients is inspired by a variety of different methods, schools of thought, and lineages. To support the unique needs of my clients I have been known to use tarot cards, create D&D characters, guide artistic activities, and make music with my clients to foster healing and growth in sessions. I truly understand how difficult it can be to find a therapist that you feel seen by. Harder yet, one that you can afford. That is why I focus building a solid therapeutic relationship with you from the beginning- that includes conversations about financial accessibility and overall compatibility. I invite you to reach out to discover if we are a good fit!
