Introduction

Calli is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working with adult clients struggling with various concerns related to mental health. She graduated with her master's degree in social work from Boise State University in 2016 and has been practicing as a therapist since 2017. She works with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD/ADD, post-traumatic stress disorder, personality disorders, bipolar, amongst others. She believes in not just treating these conditions but educating her clients on their diagnoses, so they are informed for their own benefit. She uses a bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach, in the belief that all parts of an individual are important to acknowledge when addressing all aspects of one's health. She enjoys helping clients find their idea of their best life and the journey that they take to get there. Her goal is to provide a safe space for self-reflection, openness, and self-connection. Calli uses such therapies as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical therapy, trauma informed therapy and Motivational Interviewing to assist clients in finding their own direction. She uses such techniques as journaling, psychoeducation, skills training, amongst others to provide her clients with tools to address symptoms related to mental health concerns. Calli is excited and ready to start this amazing and rewarding journey with you!
