Introduction

Life comes with ups, downs, good, bad, positives and negatives. This practice aims to guide and teach you skills to overcome the past or process the present. No matter the challenge you face building resilience will help you to win the race. I have been practicing counseling for 4 years but building resilience for 14 years and ongoing. I sustained a severe Traumatic Brain Injury along with many other life challenges I faced daily. Allow me to learn you and provide you with tools to help you build resilience for you. My experience with the unconscious mind, inner child work and trauma is tremendous.
