Introduction

Facing the challenges of parenting can be daunting. Experiencing depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns in addition to having a new baby can create unique challenges that need specialized treatment. I specialize in perinatal mental health, helping new parents, treating trauma, and mindfulness-based interventions. I believe in a whole-person, whole-hearted approach to treatment and strive to help clients move forward with a meaningful and purpose-filled life. I practice a collaborative approach to mental health care, helping you find what matters and make changes as you enter a new season of life. I have training in third-wave behavioral treatments (ACT, Mindfulness-Based CBT), as well as CBT. I have completed both the Components of Care and Advanced Psychotherapy through Postpartum Support Intl. I emphasize the relationship between myself and my clients, and work collaboratively with clients to create a safe, open and healing space free of judgment. My office is located in Northern Nevada Healing Arts. I offer a free 15 min phone discovery session to determine if we would be a good fit. I also offer walk and talk therapy and Reiki energy healing. It takes courage to make positive changes in your life. You are not alone; help is available.
