Hi, I’m Caitlyn! I believe healing happens when we reconnect with both our minds and bodies, and I’m here to support you in finding your voice. Trauma can feel isolating, whether it stems from complex experiences, spiritual or religious harm, chronic illness, or life transitions. You deserve a space where your story is heard, your feelings are validated, and healing feels possible. I take a trauma-focused, mind-body approach, integrating TF-CBT, psychodynamic therapy, polyvagal theory, and mindfulness. I work with kids, teens, and adults in a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space to explore what has shaped you and move toward greater self-trust. Outside of therapy, I love reading, hiking, gardening, and searching for the best gluten-free pastries. Taking this step takes courage, and I look forward to meeting you.
