Introduction

I provide anxiety therapy, relationship counseling, self-esteem counseling, grief counseling, and more for women using a client-centered approach. We will work together from the ground up to figure out what the challenges are and develop strategies to cope differently with life’s ups and downs. My clients walk away from their therapy and counseling sessions feeling more in control of their anxiety, less overwhelmed, more intentional about their relationships, able to have healthier boundaries and increased self-esteem.
