Introduction

I deeply value the connection I have in session with each of my clients, and I approach sessions from an authentic, integrative perspective, with the underlying desire for all clients to feel both safe and known. I am able to hold the tension of being both gentle and easygoing in session, while also providing structure and being open and forthcoming with clients. I view therapy as a collaborative process, and work to help clients further understand their inner world, the function of their emotions, healthy boundaries, communication strategies, and skills to self-regulate. Please keep in mind all consultation requests must be made via the video office.
