Introduction

Welcome! Searching for a therapist is a big step. We typically reach out for professional help when we feel like our stressors have become too big to handle on our own. My goal is to help you feel as welcomed and supported as possible, as you look to address your concerns and create new goals. Life is challenging. Growing up is hard. The challenges we face today have only exacerbated this. My expertise is in counseling children, teens, and young adults. As a Clinical Social Worker, I have worked in various settings including inpatient care, outpatient psychotherapy, and collaborative mental health services with pediatricians. When working with children and teens, I also collaborate with parents, family, schools, and other healthcare professionals, as needed. I am experienced in treating anxiety, mood issues, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, school issues, family conflict, and more. I use a variety of approaches in my work, including CBT, mindfulness techniques, psychodynamic therapy, and goal-oriented strategies. I am currently offering Telehealth sessions with evening and weekend availability. I am licensed in both NY and CT. If you are ready to start therapy, or interested in learning more, I’d like to hear from you. Let’s talk!
