Hi, I’m Caitlin! I’m a lover of all things music, the beach, fur babies, and fantasy football. Life can be weird (and genuinely shitty). For those people who feel constantly stuck, overwhelmed, and burnt out, I see you. You are my people! I enjoy working with women determined to make more space for themselves in their own lives. Simply put, we can’t pour from an empty cup (although we sure try!). So if you want (maybe need?) a refill, and your inner Moira Rose is saying to you “One must champion oneself and say, I am ready for this!” – I’m here for you.
