Hi! I’m Caitlin. I am a strong believer that we are who we are because of our relationships, environment and experiences. I enjoy helping people make connections and gain insight into themselves to overcome life’s challenges. The clients I work with often start in a place where they feel stuck, misunderstood, or alone in solving their problems. I help them by breaking things down into small, manageable steps that ultimately empowers them to make change through self-love and intentional action. I work with children, teens, adults and couples struggling with life transitions, relationship/family issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress management by using evidenced based models with a conversational approach. This includes couples who want to heal, women who are looking for change, kids who are learning the skills they need to transition to the next stage and parents who are overwhelmed with the great responsibility of raising children. I have a realistic and solution-focused perspective that is paired with humor and creativity that celebrates your unique nature. I know that therapy requires bravery and vulnerability, so I am intentional about creating a space where you feel heard, validated and worthy. I believe you already have the strengths within you to overcome your struggles. I want to help you put those to use.
