I rely on my years of experience, knowledge, and training in a number of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, mindfulness and somatic/body-based approaches and more to give you a comprehensive way to approach your specific needs. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, a method that allows us to move you more quickly through processing and resolving your symptoms whether it be a result of trauma, anxiety, OCD, depression, grief, chronic pain or illness, insomnia, and so much more.
