Introduction

Trauma, anxiety, and overwhelming stress can significantly interfere with your relationships, work, day-to-day tasks and activities, and overall sense of well-being. Although you might recognize these problems, you might feel stuck in how to resolve them. Therapy is a powerful tool to find your path forward. I am a psychologist in the Greater Houston area specializing in evidence-based therapy for anxiety, trauma, stress, depression, and related problems. I work collaboratively with clients to implement new coping strategies, consider new perspectives, and change behaviors so that they may reduce their emotional suffering, have more rewarding experiences, and achieve the quality of life they deserve. I am passionate about providing therapy that is supportive, empowering, and effective. I offer telehealth or in-person sessions at a location in the Heights. To schedule an initial free telephone consultation, please use my online scheduling tool or contact me through e-mail or telephone to schedule outside of my recurring availability. I welcome the opportunity to talk with you about your goals and how therapy can help.
