I have been an outpatient mental health therapist for 6 years and have experience working in a variety of mental health settings, including community outpatient services, and primary care clinics. I received my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Southern Maine in 2017. I have experience working with a wide range of problems and work with you to learn strategies that will allow you to address the root cause of your struggles.
