Introduction

I support you, with compassion and curiosity, begin to listen deeply to what’s happening inside. Turning within, we find the different parts of you yearning to be heard. When we run into difficulties or traumatic experiences, these parts help us adapt to our environments. We will utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) to free those parts from their extreme roles. What comes to the forefront naturally, is our inherent wise and caring Self. This approach offers clients the ability to live life from an empowered, intentional place, guided by their own Internal Knowing. I am committed to creating a warm and compassionate virtual space that empowers clients to explore themselves with open-hearted curiosity. By working with different aspects of yourself, we can uncover and heal deep-seated wounds that may be impacting your sense of worthiness and confidence. Through this process, you can begin to cultivate a deeper understanding of your true nature, leading to a greater sense of self-love and acceptance. I am a proud mom of two grown boys and in my free time I enjoy gardening, being in nature, and spending time with family and friends. You are worthy of love, respect and a sense of self that shines with laughter and gratitude. I am honored to support you on this journey of healing and self-discovery!
