Introduction

Are you ready for a change but not sure where to start? Whether you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed or simply seeking support, I aim to provide a comfortable, non-judgemental space for individuals to feel both seen & heard. Many of my clients are successful, motivated individuals who have a tendency to second guess themselves or feel stuck. Self-doubt can weigh on your mood as well as your ability to connect with yourself and others. Together we will challenge limiting beliefs, create new behaviors and equip you with the tools necessary to move forward confidently in the direction you choose. A main focus of my practice is to help adolescents and adults navigate the challenges of everyday life. Stress & anxiety related to work/school, relationships, family, life transitions, or coping with chronic conditions can often feel like too much to handle on your own. My goal is to partner with you in the process of creating lasting positive change in your life. I look forward to working with you.
