Life can place obstacles that seem impossible to get through, but you do not have to go at them alone. I provide therapy to individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and stressors related to work and/or school, assist clients in identifying triggers, and developing coping skills. I enjoy working from a person-centered approach, utilizing motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy. I believe in providing an environment for my clients that fosters safety and growth. My goal as your therapist is to guide and teach. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives and sometimes people just need a little support navigating through the hurdles of life.
