Introduction

Are you feeling overwhelmed or disconnected? In a world that often feels challenging, you deserve a space where your identity is honored. As a queer, disabled therapist, I’m committed to helping my community access quality affirming care. Together, we’ll create a safe, collaborative space where you can discover your resilience, cultivate self-compassion, and develop the tools you need to reach your goals. Whether you are seeking to work through a moment in time, or a lifetime of moments I am here to support you through your journey. My counseling approach is centered around you! That’s why it’s called Person-Centered! My approach is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and incorporates strength-based and somatic techniques to help clients connect with their bodies and emotions. Additionally, I counsel from an Intersectional Feminist and a Health At Every Size framework, promoting inclusivity and recognizing the diverse experiences of individuals in their journey toward wellness. I’m here to support you with convenient telehealth services, making therapy accessible wherever you are. Take the first step with a free consultation call to discuss your goals and see how we can work together. Simply click “request an appointment” to get started. I’m excited to meet you soon!
