Hi, I’m a therapist who’s all about showing up with warmth and realness. I work with adults who feel things deeply—whether you're navigating anxiety, past trauma, tough family or relationship dynamics, questions around spirituality, or just trying to make sense of it all. I help people connect what they know in their heads with what they feel in their hearts. Using psychodynamic, emotionally-focused, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) techniques, we explore the root of core beliefs and connect with wounded parts so that truths like “I’m good enough” or “I’m safe” start to feel real—not just sound nice. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe being fully yourself. I believe in the power of honest connection, and I work side-by-side with you to get to the heart of what’s going on and help you move toward meaningful, lasting change.
