Introduction

As a child, I struggled with anxiety, undiagnosed ADHD, and depression. I did not get the opportunity to participate in therapy until I was a young adult and I can personally attest to the power of therapy. I want to be able to provide counseling services to those seeking out to help support their children or those adults who have not had the opportunity to get support until now. I know what it feels like to think you have to go through life alone, and I am here to tell you that you don't. The support is there, and I want to help provide that to you.
