Introduction
I enjoy meeting with clients who are looking to address various symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life changes, relationships, and more. Clients I see most often are people who are tired of feeling how they have been feeling/living and are ready to take steps to make changes to achieve their goals and the life that they wish for. In general, I aim to let clients set their own goals and then we work together to get them to the place that they want to be. I take a very collaborative approach with my clients. I really strive to be relatable for my clients, not like I know all of the answers. Each person is the expert on their own life, I'm just here for support and to help them navigate until they are able to do it alone. I'm also trained in EMDR and find helping people work through their various lifetime traumas to be one of the most rewarding parts of my job. I believe people have the capacity to heal themselves if only given the appropriate space and support to do so. I just want to become a support person for my clients so they are able to reach their full potential. Each person brings such different things to the table, I truly think it's an honor to be able to walk with my clients on their journey in life.
