Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over eight years of experience working within the mental health field supporting children, individuals, couples and families. Over the years, I have shifted my focus that consisted of working primarily with children, to treating parents within the family system. This has led to a strong passion for supporting women who are struggling with pregnancy, pregnancy loss, and postpartum. In addition, I am passionate in supporting those experiencing mild to severe levels of anxiety.
