Introduction

The process of developing true self-awareness and authenticity is a choice. It comes from reflection and a sense of safety, which is the beauty of therapy. I create a caring and safe environment for you to share whatever is on your mind and in your heart. Together we’ll explore your concerns in order to help you become aware of how past experiences have influenced who you are now and how you relate to others. Change occurs through self-awareness. The more you observe and discover, the more your awareness will grow, allowing for self-compassion and inner wisdom to emerge and be your ultimate guide. I have experience providing individual and group therapy while working with children, adolescents, college students and adults with a variety of concerns to include anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harming, psychosis, grief, self-esteem, relationships and life transitions. I provide virtual counseling to adult clients located in Georgia, Florida and South Carolina and welcome clients of all cultural backgrounds, sexual orientation, and gender identity. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!
