Brittney's approach to mental wellness is rooted in respecting a client’s experiences while fostering their ability to shape a future of their choosing. In sessions with Brittney, you can anticipate a practical blend of textbook theory, real-life application, and tools designed to empower her clients. Throughout every stage of her life, Brittney has been a participant, observer, and inquisitor. Brittney is committed to helping people find themselves, their path, and their happiness. Brittney was born in East Texas and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. After graduating from The University of New Mexico, she packed up her fiery red car and headed for Dallas, driven by an adventurous spirit and an instinct she knew better than to ignore. Brittney obtained her master’s degree from Dallas Baptist University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, learning, trying new experiences, serving her clients, and volunteering with her local church.
