Introduction

I am a licensed, board-certified therapist with a dozen years of accumulated experience in the mental health field. I have a passion for communities and the family system. I love to work with intergenerational issues; ranging from perinatal/postpartum mental health, attachment ruptures, and advocacy needs for parents with mental illness. I also seek to engage in communal and community trauma for historically resilient people groups; holding space for those who may not have access to any other arenas to feel heard and understood. Overall, I feel that I bring a hopeful and vibrant perspective to my work; above all believing in the resiliency of the human spirit.
