Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. I believe that healing is possible—and that you don’t have to walk through pain alone. We all carry stories, wounds, and truths that deserve to be held with care. My role as your therapist is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported as you move toward the life you want to live. So often, we get stuck in our minds and disconnect from our bodies. We carry stress, trauma, and self-doubt in places we may not even realize. My work centers around gently helping you reconnect with the wisdom of your body—because healing isn’t just about talking through things, it’s about feeling safe in your body again, honoring your emotions, and reclaiming your voice. This work is deeply personal to me. I specialize in working with women, men, and survivors of trauma—and it is an honor I don’t take lightly. I show up for this work not just as a therapist, but as a human being. As an immigrant Black woman, I know what it means to carry stories that aren’t always reflected or understood by the world around us. I hold space for all of who you are—your culture, your history, your identities, your grief, your joy. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, identity questions, or simply feeling lost in your own life—I’m here for you. I work with adults and couples, and together we can explore the patterns and pain that have shaped your story—while also opening up space for something new. My style is compassionate, grounded, and collaborative. I blend different approaches, including Somatic Experiencing®, mindfulness, ACT, CBT, and relational work. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. For the past five years, I’ve supported clients in a wide range of settings—private practice, community mental health, outpatient treatment, and university counseling centers. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at the University of Northern Colorado. I also hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Denver. You deserve care that honors all of you—your mind, your body, your history, and your hopes. If you're ready to begin this journey, I would be honored to walk beside you.
