I obtained my Master’s degree in Personality Psychology from Howard University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago. I am passionate about supporting the wellness of BIPOC communities through the integration of holistic, trauma-informed practices. My healing modality is eclectic! I utilize holistic wellness interventions that integrate Psychodynamic, CBT, Narrative therapy and Brainspotting to support my clients in making wellness a lifestyle practice!
