Counseling Brittney Anderson
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, ADD/ADHD, Adjustment Disorder,

Introduction

My approach to counseling is hands on and straight-forward. Change and healing is possible, and with it, self-love, and happiness. But it requires time and effort. There’s no getting around it; therapy is hard. I am here to help guide my clients on their journey, providing support and guidance along the way. I want my clients to know that they are not alone in their struggle, and they do not have to go through it by themselves. I specialize in treating a variety of mental health issues, including ADHD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, and coping strategies. I also have experience working with ABA services, as well as working in an inpatient psychiatric hospital in which I focused on severe mood disorders, suicidal ideations, and psychosis. I want my clients to know that they are not alone in their struggle, and they do not have to go through it by themselves.
