Hello! I’m Brittany Woodham I am a compassionate therapist that focuses on understanding my clients story. My goal is to not only understand that story but, help my clients learn from their story. As a therapist my passion is to support people who want to find more acceptance, wholeness, and just feel alive again. My goal is to listen to my clients and help empower them as we work together on their journey to healing. There is no “One-size-fits-all approach” I utilize a variety of approaches including EMDR, CBT, and some parts work to help you meet your goals. I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment so that my clients can develop a greater sense of Self-awareness and greater insights to achieve reduced depression, stress, anxiety, improve their relationships, and ultimately heal past traumas. My approach is challenging yet supportive. I will challenge your thought process and some of your long-held beliefs all while encouraging and empowering you to make the changes necessary to meet your goals.
