Brittany (she/her) is the co-founder and an action oriented compassionate therapist who uses acceptance and mindfulness-based approaches to help individuals better understand their reason for seeking support. Her approach assists individuals in empowering themselves to connect with their authentic selves focusing on a mind-body connection. She helps individuals increase awareness of their core value system to engage in a life worth living daily. Brittany sees therapy as a non-judgmental space where together we seek to be curious rather than critical. She believes that full recovery is possible and joins with individuals to help guide them to overcome their fears.
