I specialize in mind-body healing for "the strong sensitive one." The eldest daughters. The over-achievers. The feel-everything, fix-everything types who are hyper-attuned to everyone else's needs but feel disconnected from their own. My practice is for the people-pleasers, the perfectionists, the deep-feelers who are tired of overanalyzing, overfunctioning, and overextending. The ones who live in their heads because that’s felt safer than being in their bodies—safer than feeling the grief, the anger, the needs that were never quite okay to have. The ones who are curious about a different way forward. My approach is integrative, relational, somatic, and collaborative. I draw upon my eclectic training in mind-body and trauma-informed interventions. In other words, we're going to laugh, cry, scream, cringe, feel it all, and keep it real as we wade together through overwhelm, shame, grief, and relational trauma on your journey to reclaim your life. I also work with fellow therapists and professional helpers who are ready to explore their own stuff beneath the role of “healer.” Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you—it’s about coming home to yourself. I support you in writing a different story about what's possible and who you are. You don’t have to do it alone. Ready to dive in?—let's do it together.
