I take a client-centered approach to allow you and/or your child to discuss what is important at that particular session. Together, we will make lasting changes by discovering unhealthy patterns of behaviors and thoughts and shaping them into ones that are healthier. I work to develop a warm, trusting, and supportive environment in order to help you and/or your family feel safe and heard.
