Introduction

Welcome! I love working with individuals who are trying to find their footing again - maybe after a life transition, a difficult event, or a painful season in life. I enjoy working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, and grief, as well as burnout at work with individuals in high-stress careers. I also enjoy working with new and expectant parents and college, graduate, and doctoral/medical students.
