Introduction

When life begins to happen, we often become confused and overwhelmed and may even experience anxiety, depression, and grief. More often than not, we tend to get lost in the day-to-day tasks of the world and push our own mental health to the side. I’m here to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space to discover or rediscover the person you are meant to become. I help to analyze where you have been and the gather the tools you need for where you are going. With over 12 years of experience that includes working with families involved in the child welfare system, family units, individuals, and adolescents, and I practice treating a variety of concerns including, but not limited to: • Depression • Anxiety • Mood disorders • Trauma/abuse • Grief • ADHD/ADD • School issues • Parenting concerns and self-development just to name a few. I use evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help you understand and discover healthy and effective solutions to overcoming identified issues and traumas you have experienced. I’m dedicated to helping you to grow through it all!
