I help to analyze where you have been and the gather the tools you need for where you are going. With over 12 years of experience that includes working with families involved in the child welfare system, family units, individuals, and adolescents, and I practice treating a variety of concerns including, but not limited to: • Depression • Anxiety • Mood disorders • Trauma/abuse • Grief • ADHD/ADD • School issues • Parenting concerns and self-development just to name a few. I use evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help you understand and discover healthy and effective solutions to overcoming identified issues and traumas you have experienced.
