Introduction

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience. I have expertise working with individuals with anxiety, OCD, and trauma-related conditions (e.g., PTSD) including parents, women in the perinatal/postpartum periods, students, and first responders. I am extensively trained in evidence-based psychotherapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and cognitive processing therapy (CPT). My approach is compassionate, authentic, and flexible. I view our relationship and work together as the foundation for change. Together we will identify your unique therapy goals, build an individualized and tailored treatment plan, and take actionable steps toward your goals. As your therapist, I am here to create a safe space where you feel supported, validated, and empowered so you can make sustainable changes and build a more fulfilling life. I received my PhD in clinical psychology from Florida State University and completed my predoctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at VA Boston Healthcare System. I trained with top experts including at the OCD Institute at McLean Hospital and the National Center for PTSD. I was previously on staff in the PTSD and substance use disorder clinics at VA Boston, where I also provided advanced training to doctoral candidates and fellows in evidence-based psychotherapies. It is hard to ask for help and to share your story with someone else. I would consider it a privilege to be a part of your journey toward change. Please reach out if you'd like to talk more about working together during a free consultation call.
