Have you been struggling with your mental health? Maybe you feel plagued by anxiety or lost in depression. Maybe you have been asking yourself if things are ever going to change because you have felt this way for so long. The pain you are feeling is real and the freedom from it that you deserve I truly believe can be just as real. Be encouraged that restoration is possible. Now may be a time of rebuilding for you and I am honored to walk alongside you through that process. Working with adults, couples, and premarital couples is my great joy. My goal is to make the often daunting process of building a therapeutic relationship approachable. I work alongside my clients to support their goals by including them every step of the way. I believe in creating goals directed by you. I check in regularly that we are focusing on what is meaningful and helpful while proving tools and resources. As well as integrating faith for those who choose to, as many seek my services due to my Christian faith.
