Greetings! I'm your Intentional-living advocate committed to helping Black men and women learn how to live their lives on purpose! My work focuses on boundaries, relationships, authenticity, vulnerability, and emotional intelligence.I also work with those who struggle with anxiety/ perfectionism, career dissatisfaction, parenting/ motherhood, and identity development. I believe that therapy is a partnership and we will work together to identify and define what a more purposeful and intentional life looks like for you! I'm passionate about incorporating and using holistic wellness practices to improve mental health including yoga-informed psychotherapy.
