Hi! I am the founder and owner of Sharp Wellness. I am devoted to helping my clients overcome life’s obstacles to achieve a healthier and happier relationship with themselves and others in their lives. I employ an individualized approach to therapy by collaborating with my clients to help them enhance their lives and meet their goals. I help high functioning and motivated adolescences and adults create more meaningful relationships by helping identify issues of conflict, improving communication skills, and employing useful coping techniques.
