Introduction

Welcome! You've taken the first step, and I'm so glad you're here. ♥️ Are you or your child/teen facing a major life change? Are you finding it difficult to cope? Worried about your child? Feeling lost, overwhelmed and needing balance? As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified School Counselor & former 504 Coordinator, I specialize in working with children, teens & young adults facing the complexities of parental divorce, significant life transitions (relocation, college, loss, break-up), anxiety, failure to launch, trauma, self-esteem, Gifted & Talented & ADHD challenges. I also offer individual counseling for adults dealing with major life change, anxiety, career counseling, depression, teacher burnout, and parenting challenges. We will work collaboratively to uncover patterns of thinking and behavior, develop effective coping strategies and focus on tangible, actionable steps towards positive change. This will allow you to walk away with the confidence and skills to navigate life's ups and downs. It's normal to be nervous or uncomfortable when first beginning therapy. It's essential to be gentle with ourselves and recognize that we're all navigating life's journey together, seeking guidance along the way. My therapy sessions can be described as relaxed, warm, comforting, and safe. Remember, we're all just walking each other home. I offer Telehealth and in office appointments in Allen, Texas.
