Introduction

Are you struggling with the transition of becoming a mom while also navigating your relationships, a work life balance, and/ or taking time for yourself? Or maybe you're going through another big life transition (divorce, job change, big move, etc.) and you're unable to cope with it all on your own. We live in a fast paced world where it is easy to become stressed out and overwhelmed and we no longer have the communal support of our family, neighbors, and friends, so our symptoms have only intensified. But you are not alone and transformation is possible. The life you want is possible! I am a therapist as well as a certified parent educator, doula, and childbirth educator. I am solutions orientated and strengths-based. I also take a holistic approach to therapy and will take into consideration all facets of your health and what makes you uniquely you. Therefore, my specific therapeutic approach will look different for each client. If any of this resonates with you, I would love to support you on your journey towards transformation, so don't hesitate to reach out for a free 15 minute consultation call.
