Introduction

Taking the time to learn & care for yourself is a brave and rewarding journey. To cope, grow, and heal are intergyral parts of therapy. My goal as a therapist is to ultimately help you feel empowered and to live as authentically as you can. I work with clients ranging from teens to adults. I practice in the states of PA & NJ. I pride myself on being culturally informed and affirming to all. I treat a wide array of struggles including: childhood trauma, emotional trauma, workplace trauma, medical trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, life transitions, identity struggles, anxiety, addictions, and self-esteem difficulties. I'm a Licensed Counselor & Addiction Professional. I am also a Certified Trauma Therapist. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Evidence Based Treatments, Trauma Informed Treatments, and Culturally Diverse Interventions. I use an eclectic approach while working with clients to best meet clients where they are at! I look forward to being a part of your journey!
