Offering support tailored to each person's needs is always the focus. I'm a licensed clinical psychologist committed to helping people learn ways to manage difficulties with a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship issues. I'm passionate about supporting women towards achieving mental health improvement and their overall goals. I specialize in assisting people through difficult life transitions, such as feeling “stuck”, major life changes, and feeling lost. Additionally, I am an LGBTQIA-allied/informed treatment provider, as well as an advocate of the fat positive and body positivity movements.
