Introduction

Hi, I’m Brittany! I’m a graduate student pursuing my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My approach to counseling is centered around the belief that each of us is the expert in our own life. All of us have lived profoundly different experiences that make us who we are, and that uniqueness is incredibly special. I believe that through relationship and collaboration, we are able to create positive change, grow as individuals, and heal parts of ourselves that need it the most. I promise to show up authentically and empathetically in our work together and to provide a safe space for you to navigate both your challenges and your successes. I recognize that it can feel overwhelming starting the counseling process, but I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you on this journey. When I'm not in the therapy room or the classroom, I enjoy spending time outside, reading, trying new restaurants, enjoying quality time with friends and family, and hanging out with my two adorable dogs.
