Introduction

As a licensed psychotherapist, I help adults and adolescents (16+) work through past and present challenges. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, evidence-based, and trauma-informed. I work with individuals facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, family conflict, issues relating to identity, shame, self-acceptance, confidence building, and life transitions. I view therapy as a collaborative process. I strive to provide a safe, welcoming environment where you feel seen, heard, and free to openly and authentically share your concerns as we identify and work towards your goals.
