You might look like you’re managing just fine, but inside, things can feel overwhelming—anxious, stuck, heavy, or just hard to figure out. Maybe the same patterns keep showing up in your relationships, or you’re carrying something that’s tough to put into words. A lot of the folks I work with have been through hard things—early trauma, complicated family dynamics, or old attachment wounds that still show up in different ways. In therapy, we take time to unpack what’s going on underneath—so you can start to process what’s happened, make sense of it, recognize patterns, and find better ways to cope and move forward. My approach is warm, reflective, and grounded in trauma-informed practices. I integrate psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy with somatic and other modalities—including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), CBT, ACT, mindfulness and IFS-based parts work. You can expect to gain insight, emotional healing, and practical tools in our work together. It is my goal to create a welcoming and affirming environment for people of all backgrounds. I have worked with diverse individuals throughout my career and continue to learn how best to support each person with both curiosity and culturally-responsive care.
