Introduction

Every person has a story to tell and I would love to hear your story. I have worked with clients of all ages, genders, occupations, beliefs, and backgrounds, and I believe the healing power of human connection is universal. I aim to provide individualized care by considering the uniqueness of every client's identity, culture, and lived experience. By forming a strong therapeutic relationship built on respect and trust, clients can safely explore how their beliefs, feelings, and values affect their mental health and overall wellness. Together we will identify areas for growth and set achievable goals so you can move towards living a more fulfilled life. I have worked with a wide range of issues and specialize in anxiety, depression, gender identity and orientation, intimate partner and interpersonal relationships, non-traditional relationships, grief and loss, bipolar disorder, trauma, and phase of life transitions. As a member of the community, I welcome all LGBTQIA+ clients and those in other traditionally marginalized communities. Sessions available for individuals, couples, families, and groups. I also offer conflict resolution sessions and professional letters of recommendation or referral.
