Introduction

I take an affirming and anti-oppressive approach that honors the inherent wholeness of everyone I work with. I hold continuous curiosity and unconditional positive regard with the belief that the client is the expert of their experience. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and aim to work collaboratively and holistically with my clients. I work to cultivate an open environment that invites the client to show up as their whole, authentic self as I show up as my whole, authentic self. This is possible only with the cultivation of a safe container, which is why I work through a relational framework. I often work with neurodivergent individuals (autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, C-PTSD), 2SLGBTQ+ folks, and those looking to integrate their intersectional identities within the context of their environment. While experiential activities are a part of working with me, relationship building in sessions are just as important. I utilize approaches that are relationally driven and lean into the power of the therapeutic relationship. We are inseparable from our environment and how that environment affects us matters. By exploring the interplay of systemic and individual issues, we are able to empower ourselves along our unique paths to healing, growth, and transformation.
