Hello! My name is Britni Gray and I recently graduated from the University of Missouri- St. Louis with an M.Ed in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am currently working as a CIT/PLPC. I embarked on this journey after experiencing difficult life circumstances and wishing that I had an outlet to process those challenges. When I discovered mental health counseling, I quickly gained a desire to work in the field and be an empathetic and compassionate listener and helper to those who were experiencing difficult life circumstances like myself. Working with clients, I've enjoyed providing a safe space and creating a therapeutic alliance with my clients that allows them to navigate through their situations. I have experience in working with depression, anxiety, attachment styles, abandonment issues, coping skills/strategies and couples. Reach out and schedule an appointment with me. I look forward to being able to assist you.
